HATHA YOGA

Ages ago philosophers and erudites created a scientific application named Yoga inorder to be physically , mentaly and spiritualy healty and peaceful humans.

Today's human lives a very busy life and gets distant to himself. This stressful and busy life causes many illnesses. The union of effects of yoga positions and breathing techniques freshens up the body and strenghtens the nerve system by disposing toxin in the body.

With the help of physical and mental practices Yoga exposes your potential, lets you feel the power in your body and helps you to relax. At first Yoga enables you to be happier, to overcome problems easier and to get responsibility easier. You will find many characteristics in Yoga that today's human is in need.

We teach and practice Hatha Yoga in Yoga House . 1,5 courses are basicly consists of

-Asanas (body practices)
-Prayanamas (breathing techniques)
-relaxation.

LAUGH YOGA

Laugh Yoga is as old as Yoga. It was invented again by Dr .Madan Kataria in previous years. After the first Laugh Yoga club was established in Bombai it got around the world rapidly especially in Europe.

In these clubs people learn to laugh again. Laugh means health in here. We heal ilnesses like stress, heart problem, depression, fear, digestion problems, insomnia, cancer, asthma with the help of Laugh Yoga.

During Laugh Yoga sessions apart from the usual yoga practices, you will learn to laugh again with exercises like loud Ho-Ho-Ha-Ha, silent laugh, laugh from heart and lion laugh. That means you will explore laughing. As you will laugh hormons will increase and this will effect your health in a possitive way.

Kids laugh 300-400 times in a day. Laughing and happiness is in their nature. Join us and explore the kid in yourself.
